Call for Projects – Nonprofit Security Grant Program

Applications for the FY 2018 Nonprofit Security Grant Program are now being accepted from eligible nonprofit organizations in the St. Louis Urban Area, including the city of St. Louis and Franklin, Jefferson, St. Charles, and St. Louis counties in Missouri and Madison, Monroe, and St. Clair counties in Illinois.  More Info...

Applications are due no later than 12:00 noon local time on June 4, 2018.

The submission of investment justifications (IJ) for the potential of a FY 2018 Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI) Grant award closed last Friday and staff received over 60 IJs totaling $14,598,451 before the deadline of 5:00 PM.  Feel free to contact any of the STARRS staff members if you have any questions or wuld like additional information regarding the FY 2018 UASI grant process.

Funding Grant for
FY 2016 Program to Prepare Communities for Complex
Coordinated Terrorist Attacks (CCTA)

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has announced that the St. Louis Urban Area has been awarded funding from the FY 2016 Program to Prepare Communities for Complex Coordinated Terrorist Attacks (CCTA) grant program. $1,474,716 will be awarded to the East-West Gateway Council of Governments on behalf of the region.  More Info...

Updated Travel Logs

The STARRS vehicle travel log has been updated.  All agencies with STARRS procured vehicles should begin using the new log immediately. Contact Brian Marler for more info.
