 All vehicles and equipment on display can be deployed to any municipality when the need may arise. Using the regional approach to purchasing specialized equipment in the event of a major incident only makes common sense and can eliminate duplication of purchases. This event can be very beneficial to all emergency service providers.
Other agencies that will be displaying equipment will be Alton PD, Edwardsville FD, Granite City FD, Hamel FD, Wood River FD, St. Clair County ESDA, Madison County Sheriff’s Dept., and also, the St. Clair County Special Emergency Services will have their Heavy Rescue Unit at this event.
